The team behind Halifax’s award-winning gin brand, Speight’s Gin, has launched a
Shibden Valley gin, featuring special edition Anne Lister-adorned birthday
celebration bottles.
The Speight’s family has worked closely with Shibden Hall to produce the gin,
which will be available to purchase in-person at Shibden Hall and

CRT Property Investments Ltd, the commercial property business based in Barnsley

North Pizza Company as a long-term tenant after it signed a ten-year lease

refurbishments as part of a new contract with popular fast-food chain, Mahmoods.

specialists has refurbished cold rooms within four of its restaurants between

Family business win the Yorkshire Choice Awards
Husband and wife team, James and Melanie Thompson, owners of the Pride &
Provenance café, wine bar, restaurant in Halifax were delighted to find they had
won this year’s Yorkshire Choice Awards for Customer Service after also having
been in one of the finalist positions at the 2019 awards.
