Leeds based marketing agency, Brilliant has appointed former team member Scott Colley in a new head of social position to head up the growing social media arm of the business.
Scott's return to Brilliant comes at a key time of growth for the agency, with multiple new client wins over the past 6 months, and will see Scott bring his extensive knowledge and experience in social media to support this transformative period within the business.
Scott is no stranger to Brilliant as it was the agency in which he spent a few formative years of his career when he joined as an account executive in 2015. In the three years he worked for the agency, Scott built up his social media and FMCG industry knowledge before moving to Leeds based agency, Live and Breathe.
Speaking on the role, Scott said: “Returning to the agency where I first started out, is a fantastic opportunity and challenge, with a huge hit of nostalgia too. It’s incredible to see that some of the clients I worked on back then, like Beanies Flavour Coffee, are still retained by Brilliant which is testament to the work they deliver. I’m looking forward to bringing all I’ve learnt in the time since my first opportunity with this agency, whilst allowing our clients to take their content and interactions to the next level, which will hopefully lead to growth amongst the brands but also Brilliant as an agency”.
