Ramsdens strengthens its Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury offering, as they welcome Nick Stojanovic, Associate and Ian Miles and Claire Exelby, Litigation Executives, to their Leeds office.

Nick, who brings with him over 20 years of experience dealing with claims from both a claimant and defendant perspective, joins the team from Hudgells Solicitors, whilst Ian joins from Emsleys Solicitors and Claire from Bond Turner.

The Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury teams work on behalf of claimants, to secure compensation for life altering injuries that they have sustained through no fault of their own.

The appointment of the trio strengthens the already well-established team, with their extensive experience within the industry.

Nick Stojanovic comments: “It is a pleasure to start with Ramsdens Solicitors and to be back in Leeds after nearly two years away from the city. My welcome to the firm from everyone has made the move for me seamless and I look forward to representing my new clients.”

Natalie Marrison, Partner and Head of department added: “We are delighted to have Nick, Ian and Claire join our growing team, supporting the firm’s ambitious growth plans across the region. Their extensive experience in the sector will further add to our reputation in our clinical negligence service offering.”
