Following the statement last night from the Prime Minister, and further to the closure of our restaurant, bars, spa and cookery school last week, we have temporarily closed the hotel until further notice.
In light of the situation, our cancellation policy has been amended to support those of you with up-coming bookings; you can find this information on our website or you can contact us to discuss. Please email reservations@thegrandyork.co.uk. Guests with stays booked over the next week will be contacted directly.
As always, the safety and wellbeing of our guests, employees and visitors to York is paramount and it is now necessary to close our doors in order to do all that we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep everyone safe. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our guests, friends, neighbours and colleagues for unwavering support during this unprecedented time.
