Leeds’ premier sports bar brand, BOX, is set to open its doors in Chapel Allerton on 17th May, bringing the same electric atmosphere to the popular suburb that has made its flagship venue such a hit. Landing just a few weeks ahead of the highly anticipated Euros, BOX is the place to catch all the UEFA action with no less than 14 Ultra HD screens ensuring every guest has the perfect view.

Formerly the PIT, the 2000 sq. Ft venue has undergone an extensive transformation to become a bold and energetic destination to watch sports, showcasing any major tournament worth shouting about. In addition, the newly refurbished outdoor terrace is also home to an LED screen, making it the ideal location for locals to kick back with alfresco food and drinks without missing a second of the game.

Open seven days a week, BOX will offer their extensive selection of both local craft beers and international favourites, sharing steins, expertly crafted cocktails and an impressive selection of wines and spirits. The Arc Inspirations owned brand has also become famed for its mouth-watering food menus and the new Chapel Allerton offering is no exception.

The new menu includes the legendary BOX pizzas, made from the finest ingredients, including San Marzano tomatoes and Fior Di Latte mozzarella. The ‘must try’ Crispy Fried Katsu Chicken Pizza can now be found alongside long-standing BOX favourites, such as the towering Boxster burger, the bestselling Chicken Shawarma Kebab, and moreish Steak Frites.

BOX will also be the only bar in Chapel Allerton with a bottomless brunch offering, making it the essential place for weekend get-togethers. There are also plans to reintroduce live music and events, safety and restrictions permitting. The new venture has created more than 5 full-time jobs in the area and will be a welcome addition to North Leeds. The venue is hot on the heels of BOX Leeds, which opened in late 2018 to instant acclaim, becoming the hottest place to catch sport in the city centre virtually overnight.

CEO of Arc Inspirations, Martin Wolstencroft, said this ahead of the launch:
'We opened the terrace on 12th April, and it is already proving to be extremely popular with the locals. The entire venue will open on 17th May in line with the easing of lockdown restrictions and we are super excited to be adding this unit to our portfolio. It's a great opportunity to provide a fun and relaxed environment for people with a shared passion for sport, socialising, great food and drink.'

The lively atmosphere and quality food and drink available at BOX have made the brand popular with even the most passive of sports fans, allowing it to appeal to a wider demographic than your average sports bar.

Locals can indulge themselves every Monday with 40% off their entire food bill and 2-4-1 cocktail every day. The daily BOX Bottomless Party offers groups of friends the chance to reconnect whilst enjoying a main meal alongside unlimited Prosecco, Coors, and selected cocktails.
