Businesses are finding recruiting and retaining the right staff tough at the moment, so the Community Foundation for Calderdale have invited Recruiter Jo Hand to give them advice at the event for Professional Advisors on 27th March 2022.
Award Winning recruiter Jo explained, “Businesses need to understand the differences between an Employer led market and a Candidate led market from a recruitment and retention perspective. Knowing the difference between the two will determine greater successes when searching for the right staff or retaining staff.”
Steve Duncan, CEO of the Community Foundation added, “We pride ourselves on supporting our Professional Advisors and the issues they face. Having someone with 35 years’ experience in recruiting and understanding how the market has changed over the last 2 years will be useful and we look forward to the advice she gives.”
