QDOS, a leading trade supplier in the CAD and projects industry, is proud to announce the appointment of Gavin Linley as its new managing director. Gavin, who has been with the company since 2014, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in overseeing a decade of continual growth as Operations Director.

Gavin's journey at QDOS began after a 15-year tenure at Walker Morris, specialising in complex personal injury cases, including those involving fraud. He felt his time in Personal Injury was reaching an end following changes that affected his department. Having enthusiastically watched Damian grow the business from his garage, and seeing QDOS go from strength to strength, Gavin joined the team. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in leading the CAD and projects team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and high-quality products. Gavin has cultivated further strong client relationships and spearheaded the CAD and projects department, streamlining day-to-day business operations.

Gavin Linley steps into this position with immediate effect, succeeding Damian Linley, who will assume the title of Founder & CEO. Damian, who served as Managing Director for 15 years, will shift his focus to developing innovative products and services, as well as developing strategic partnerships for 2024 and beyond.

Gavin commented on the announcement, “I am thrilled to be taking this next step in my career and taking on this new role within the business. Since joining in 2014, my tenure has afforded me a comprehensive insight into both the team and the strategic needs of the business. Armed with this knowledge, I am excited to continue to play a role in steering the team towards sustained growth in the future, following our best year to date.”
