The Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank has brokered a brand-new deal at the iconic Concordia Works in Sovereign Street, Leeds.
Software company Panintelligence has taken the 3,036 sq ft third floor of the historic building on a five-year lease.

Law firm advises Ocado Retail on new distribution hub
Law firm Gordons has advised online supermarket Ocado Retail on the letting of a new 66,000 sq ft distribution hub at Fairham Business Park, near Nottingham.
