Developer and Asset Manager, MEPC, has today announced its latest occupier to join the Wellington Place community – Cubo – an innovative co-working space concept created to address the changing needs of the modern worker.
Due to open its doors in February 2022, Cubo focuses on harnessing a fun, creative and enjoyable working environment, whether that be through private offices, a designated desk or hot desking. Providing flexible opportunities for prospective occupiers, including smaller businesses and shorter lease terms – the benefits of the Wellington Place community are even more accessible.
Having opened its first site in February 2020 in Derby, just before the start of the pandemic, Leeds will become Cubo’s fourth site, taking 19,821 sq. ft. on the third floor of 6 Wellington Place. The office opening forms part of the business’ drive for further expansion plans in the coming months.
