A property management company which manages multiple developments across Yorkshire has appointed a new managing director to drive forward growth.
Paul Carter has taken the helm at Kingston, one of the north’s leading leasehold block and estate management firms. The company manages multiple sites across Yorkshire including in Barnsley, Leeds and York, and is anticipating further expansion to the North West, Midlands, Humberside and Lancashire regions.
Kingston also has a residential estate management arm, Open Spaces, and an award-winning estate and lettings agent, Living Spaces.
Paul succeeds Colin Ord as managing director, who will stay on at Kingston in a part-time capacity as business development director to utilise 20 years of expertise within the business to help support growth.

Paul has played a key role in attracting clients and generating new business, and was instrumental in overseeing the expansion of Kingston's estate management division, branded as Open Spaces, in 2021.
Kingston’s profits are gift aided to Bernicia, and in turn The Bernicia Foundation, to support community projects and initiatives.
