Department Leeds Dock has welcomed the first member to Level 2, its brand-new 3,860 sq ft creative working space on the second floor of its existing building.
Retail Insight, a leading provider of in-store execution software, has taken on a 20-desk private office on Level 2.
The company’s Leeds team has been based on the first floor of Department Leeds Dock since it opened in 2023, and when news of the expansion was shared with the community, the team took the opportunity to move to a new, larger office space on Level 2.
Speaking about the new office, Kieran O’Brien, VP of customer success at Retail Insight, said: “Department Leeds Dock is lightyears ahead in terms of its coworking spaces, collaboration opportunities, events and Fearns restaurant & bar on the ground floor. It’s a genuinely fantastic and social place to work, so when we heard they were expanding and creating a new floor, we decided to move into a new, larger office there where we can grow our team.
“Department has been instrumental in the growth and development of our Leeds team, allowing us to retain the best talent, and we’re really looking forward to our next chapter on Level 2.”
