With non-essential retail now re-open and restaurants across the city able to host diners outdoors, Leeds residents are keeping a keen eye on the weather this week. Whilst temperatures are some way off sunbathing conditions the sunny, dry weather is set to stay for the next week at least and there are some great outdoor options across the city to enjoy some alfresco meals and drinks.

Both White Rose and Trinity Leeds shopping centres are expecting to see many guests safely enjoying their outdoor dining options. White Rose restaurants offering outdoor dining:

Steven Foster, Centre Director at White Rose Shopping Centre, said: “We’re really pleased that our restaurants in The Village are able to safely welcome visitors to dine outdoors. The health and safety of our guests and staff is a priority, and we’ve been working closely with each individual restaurant as well as adding more outdoor seating to ensure all guidelines are adhered to. Both the forecast and the menus are looking great – although knowing this Yorkshire weather, we would advise guests bring a coat just in case.”

David Maddison, Centre Director at Trinity Leeds, added: “It seems summer is on its way as Leeds looks set for some brighter weather for the first weekend out of lockdown. We’ve been working hard to make sure your visit to Trinity Leeds is safe and enjoyable, so you can relax and enjoy some of the best sun traps in the city centre – whether it’s whilst enjoying a delicious dinner at Angelica or sipping a cocktail at The Alchemist.”
