Running throughout the month of April, Smart Works Leeds is launching a series of weekly webinars to continue supporting the Yorkshire community.
Known to support women in the city and surrounding area with securing employment, the charity has sought new ways to engage with the community, following a shift to remote working in the current period of lockdown.
Presented by high-performance coach Lisa Clifford, the sessions will provide viewers with mindset techniques to help individuals find their vision and values, become more confident and have more self-belief, particularly during these unprecedented times. Lisa has previously coached CEOs and athletes, as well as worked strategically with blue chip companies to increase their sales.

Amanda O’Neill, Business Manager at Smart Works Leeds, said: “Despite not being able to offer our full range of support to our clients in these tricky times, we’re committed to continuing to serve the community in Leeds and surrounding areas. Confidence sits at the heart of what we do and strive to achieve, and that’s why we’re working alongside Lisa to put on a series of webinars, open to all, encouraging people to develop a stronger mindset.”
