Independent property firm, Adair Paxton, is expanding its Leeds city centre office and moving into new premises in a prime location on Wellington Street.
The new office fronts directly onto Wellington Street and has recently been completely refurbished and new air conditioning, LED lighting and showers installed.
Following completion of the internal fit-out, initially six members of Adair Paxton’s team will be based at the new office, which will open in mid-August 2020 and will be headed up by Adair Paxton’s directors Simon Dalingwater and Nicola Thompson. The company’s city centre team specialise in residential and commercial sales and lettings as well as providing a full range of property and block management services.
Simon Dalingwater, said: “Moving to 60 Wellington Street gives us a fantastic shop window directly onto one of the busiest and most sought-after streets in Leeds city centre’s main business district, so it’s an exciting move.

Adair Paxton has a long history in Leeds and last year celebrated its 160-year anniversary. It has had an office in Leeds city centre throughout that time.
The company’s previous city centre office was close to Leeds Town Hall, on Oxford Place with a second city centre office on York Place, which followed the acquisition of boutique estate agency firm, Hudson Moody Wass late last year. Both sites will now merge into Wellington Street.
