With work underway on 38 new homes, which are being built in the magnificent grounds of the historic Sneaton Castle in High Stakesby on the outskirts of Whitby, Harrison Homes has just released the first nine properties at the development, known as Castle Fields, for sale via local estate agent, Hendersons.
Harrison Homes is part of the award-winning York-based development firm S Harrison. Once complete, Castle Fields will offer an extensive range of homes, from two-bedroom bungalows to five-bedroom detached family houses.
The first homes will be ready to move into by the end of 2020.
