With an extensive background in naval defence, a wealth of experience in the oil and gas industry, and a successful career spanning over three decades, Bob brings a fresh perspective to the company's leadership team.

Originally hailing from Toronto, Canada, Bob made the United Kingdom his home in 2010. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous grassroots companies to major players in the oil and gas industry, as well as the aerospace sector. Notably, he has held key positions at esteemed organisations, such as GE Power and Toshiba Inc.

Before joining HMi Elements, Bob spent the past two years running his own successful business consultancy, Protomatrix. His entrepreneurial spirit and expertise have honed his ability to identify strategic opportunities and drive growth in challenging environments.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bob is a multilingual individual, proficient in three languages. . His extensive international appointments have provided him with a unique global perspective, enriching his understanding of diverse markets and cultures.

In his new role, Bob’s primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Howard Gould, the reappointed CEO, in managing and navigating the rapid growth that HMi Elements is currently experiencing. The company began 2023 with a multimillion-pound order book, and with growth continuing at speed, his role will be crucial in navigating this time of change for customers and staff alike.
