Zenith sees direct-to-consumer business reach a new milestone.
Leeds-based Zenith has announced its digital direct-to-consumer leasing subscription business ZenAuto has grown rapidly through the pandemic and now has over 7,000 cars on the road.
ZenAuto attributes its growth to a focus on customer experience, evidenced by an ‘excellent’ rating of 4.7 stars on Trust Pilot. It offers customers access to thousands of vehicles on a simple digital platform with clear monthly pricing and free delivery.
Customers also benefit from a UK-based customer service team, instant quotes and the ability to fully spec a car or order one from stock with immediate delivery.
Commenting on the growth, Tim Buchan, CEO (pictured), said: “ZenAuto has found the right model for our times. The leasing subscription model resonates with increasing numbers of retail consumers, and the feedback is great on its advanced digital platform.

ZenAuto has ambitious plans and is launching an above-the-line advertising campaign to create greater awareness of the brand and its offer. A new TV commercial, launching in late August, will be the centre point of the campaign with a wider supporting promotional campaign.
