Yorkshire law firm’s success boosted by growth of commercial division
A Yorkshire law firm is continuing to expand its commercial services offering following significant revenue growth.
Over the past two years, the corporate and commercial division of Leeds headquartered firm Ison Harrison has seen revenue boosted in commercial services by 51% in the last 2 years resulting in a trebling of staff across the department.
This year the firm, which has 16 offices across the region, has experienced a 21% growth in revenue from commercial services as for the same period in 2020.
The firm has seen significant growth across the Mergers and Acquisitions and Commercial Property sectors. Further the firm have launched a series of ‘in-house’ retainer services for local businesses which are proving to be a great success in helping local businesses navigate difficult workplace issues with unlimited access to legal advice without the typical costs usually associated with instructing an employment lawyer.
New recruits joining the commercial division include Andrew Marshall, a chartered legal executive, Ambreen Rashid, an employment solicitor, Mia Cecchini, a trainee solicitor with experience in corporate and employment law, Ervin Shakaj, a litigation executive with over 14 years’ experience plus commercial property paralegals Kelsey Attree and Emma Watson.
