Yorkshire businesses who have grown & thrived since lockdown
Flexible serviced office provider, Offyx, home to 100s of Yorkshire businesses at their 72,000 sq ft site in Leeds, are celebrating both their clients and their own incredible growth over the last year, after a 16% increase in revenue for the business.
With many companies forced to work from home since March 2020, the flexible workspace industry has taken a huge hit, but despite the challenges of the last year, Offyx has not only retained 83% of its existing clients but has also seen a 16% increase in revenue from new clients joining its workspace community this year.
Some of the thriving businesses who reside at Offyx include HTV recruitment business, Green Light, who have not only doubled in office space since lockdown but who’ve also won a series of lucrative new contracts including the likes of Amazon and Fedex.
Another client of Offyx, industrial door supplier, Arrow Industrial Group, has also seen success since the start of the pandemic, doubling its office space and increasing profits significantly.
