York musician makes debut at Yorkshire whisky distillery session
A Yorkshire whisky distillery has announced its next Distillery Session artist.
Celebrated York singer-songwriter Tom Figgins will make his debut on the Pot Still Coffee Shop stage at Spirit of Yorkshire's Distillery Session on 24th February.
Spirit of Yorkshire marketing director, Jenni Ashwood, is delighted to welcome Mr. Figgins to the first of the 2024 programme of Distillery Sessions: "Tom's incredible vocal range, unique guitar playing and complex lyrics have made his performances and songwriting captivating, and have earned him many fans, including former Radio 2 DJ, Chris Evans, who invited him to play the main stage at CarFest on two consecutive years.
"We're really excited about Tom's Distillery Sessions debut; it promises to be a great evening."

Based between York and London, Tom Figgins is an artist and composer of music whose work has taken him to stages large and small throughout the UK and across the globe. His single Retrograde has had almost 800,000 streams on Spotify.
In addition to music events, tours of the Distillery are available seven days a week and home-made refreshments are served in the Pot Still Coffee Shop from 9.30 am - 4 pm Monday - Saturday and 10 am - 3 pm on Sundays.
