Wood-fired pizza specialists Mozza open first English restaurant at White Rose
Italian pizza brand Mozza has opened its first English restaurant at White Rose Shopping Centre on 19 May.
Mozza creates carefully-crafted and authentic Neapolitan pizza, produced by skilled chefs trained in the art of wood-fired ovens – also known as a Pizzaiolo. Pizzas topped with stunning combinations of ingredients are cooked to perfection in just 60 seconds and can be accompanied by sides including rocket and cherry tomato salad and friarielli, Italian broccoli.
The menu also boasts a Mozza Bar section – balls of delicious 100% buffalo mozzarella D.O.P topped with your choice of ingredients, from simple pesto and basil to fig, pear, white balsamic jam, and rocket.
In addition to more than 10 delicious pizza options, the menu includes panozzo – Neapolitan sourdough sandwiches – and topped focaccia. Vegan cheeses are also on offer.
Steven Foster, Centre Director at White Rose Shopping Centre, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Mozza to White Rose – the menu already has our mouths watering.
“Mozza’s authentic pizza is the perfect addition to our restaurant offering here at White Rose. Paired with more than 150 shops, an 11-screen Cineworld cinema with IMAX, leisure offerings such as The Escapologist, and free parking, White Rose is the perfect day-out destination as we return to normality.
“We’ll be going for a Mozza Dare pizza, where the chefs prepare their own delicious surprise for you – what a treat.”
Mozza joins existing White Rose brands including Nando’s, Wagamama, Friday’s, and Five Guys.
