Wizu Workspace develops virtual offering to support its members
Yorkshire-based flexible workspace provider Wizu Workspace has developed a virtual offering in a bid to continue its support to members throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new offering will enhance its existing services to members and include weekly prize quizzes, a digital fitness programme, and a platform for members to promote positive news and success stories.
The firm adapted its offering to ensure existing members are still able to benefit from being part of a business support network and encourage them to connect with each other to form a virtual community whilst they are self-isolating.
Quizzes are being held virtually every Thursday for members via KwizzBit, with participants being given the chance to win a £25 voucher for a selection of local independent and online retailers to help support the local economy.
The new digital fitness programme, Hii Digital, will be offered through a partnership with Hii Fitness director and head performance coach, Matt Hancocks, who will provide interested members with virtual fitness coaching, a fitness planner and access to a wider fitness community.
The programme will be offered free of charge to Wizu Workspace members for the next couple of months as a way to ensure they are able to reap the health and fitness rewards without any additional financial strain.
Tom Almas, CEO at Wizu Workspace said: “Over the last few years, it’s been amazing to see how Wizu Workspace has become a second home to all of our members and so we knew we had to do something to keep that amazing community spirit going.
“Helping members of the Wizu community grow and thrive is an important part of our mission and we are determined to support them the best we can to ensure that they come out the other side of this challenging time stronger, mentally and physically.”
Natasha Babar-Evans, COO at Wizu Workspace added: “Over the last 12 months we’ve been developing a new brand called Hii Fitness to become part of the Wizu family of businesses, and this will include a boutique gym studio in Sheffield.
“Wellbeing is such an important part of life in business and so we worked with Matt to develop Hii Digital in order to support members of all our workspace locations as they self-isolate.”
“Our members are used to benefiting from instant access to a support network, and so we felt it our duty to ensure that could continue despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Now more than ever they need something to feel positive about, and this is our way to give that to them.”
