Michelle Poole, founder and owner of Virtual Hand has been bestowed with the VA of The Year North East Region Award at the UK VA Awards 2019, having come Runner Up in 2018.
The awards recognise professional excellence and good practice with a specific focus on awarding those who are considered champions of all that is good about the Virtual Assistant profession.
The Awards Panel of Judges were particularly inspired by Michelle’s vision and passion for her business model.
Built up over eight years Michelle has built her business around the training and coaching profession, supporting those executives running their businesses effectively and seamlessly for success.
Michelle comments on her recent win: “I couldn’t be happier. Being recognised is a validation of my business path and goals, and the next phase in its development. Virtual Hand has been built on good relationships; we know our clients’ businesses inside out and really help those owners find a better work life balance as we take over those many onerous tasks. I’m now really looking forward to developing the business further and helping those in need.”
Virtual Hand was a finalist for the Outstanding VA Award back in 2012 as well as a finalist at the Wakefield District Business Awards in the same year. Michelle is now hot on the heels of the accolade of England VA of the year 2019 which will be announced at The Business Show at Excel in London in November.
