IGA Talent Solutions provide recruitment and consulting services to the global professional-services sectors. The international business has european offices boasting impressive locations; including Geneva and London.

The company launched back in 2018, following serial entrepreneur and former Dragon’s Den star, James Caan’s initial investment. This funded the inception of IGA Talent Solutions - which sits within the Ignata Group. IGA Talent now operates with a successful team of fifteen, which work alongside their co-founders, Peter Knowles and James Craven.

Following on from a successful rebrand, IGA Talent are now expanding their office portfolio, with Leeds’ thriving city centre being their location of choice. The company has recently secured a brand new office within the serviced office provider stroke coworking space: Avenue HQ, which is partnered with Barclays Eagle Labs. This bustling business hub is located just a stone’s throw from the infamous Greek St, on East Parade, and offers tenants access to four floors of workspace, alongside a popular rooftop bar.
This office expansion has permitted the company to comfortably accommodate their recent growth within the team, and is providing scale-up opportunities for their exciting future expansion plans.

With over 11 years experience recruiting in the life and non-life insurance sectors, Peter discussed their predicted upwards trajectory of growth within the North East of England, stating: "A key part of our expansion plan is to scale our business in Leeds, which we see as a thriving professional-services market in the North of England.

"Consequently, IGA are looking to recruit talented individuals within the Yorkshire region, to join their team and newly refreshed brand; whilst working from their brand new serviced office in Avenue HQ East Parade - once COVID restrictions permit.
