Synergy Car Leasing has been awarded the prestigious Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2021 - an accolade which drives the firm ahead in the vehicle leasing sector.
The Harrogate-headquartered business is understood to be the only company in the leasing broker marketplace to gain seven years of successive recognition for its customer experience excellence from global, independent review platform Feefo. Synergy’s ethos is being a ‘safe pair of hands’ with a professional and friendly team available at a time to suit the customer.
As one of the UK’s leading providers of personal and business leasing, Synergy has clocked up an impressive 8,700 independent reviews via Feefo for its customer experience and products.
It is the second consecutive Platinum Trusted Service Award for Synergy. This notable achievement follows on from being named a Feefo Gold Standard Award recipient for five consecutive years.
Paul Parkinson, founder and CEO said: “Receiving the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the second successive year is a reflection of our team’s dedication to delivering an excellent leasing experience to our clients, which has continued to shine through during what has been an incredibly challenging year for many people. We consistently focus on the quality of our leasing service, communicating regularly with our customers to ensure we are a safe pair of hands at every stage of their journey with us.”
In January 2021, Synergy launched its very first TV advertising campaign focusing on its customer service commitment. This featured a memorable storyline with a core message reinforcing Synergy Car Leasing as a safe pair of hands. The advert can be viewed online.
Steph Heasman, director of customer success at Feefo, said that the accreditation was a true reflection of Synergy’s commitment to outstanding customer service. Steph added: “The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising companies that are outstanding in customer experience and generate great feedback from happy customers.
“This year, despite the incredible challenges of a global pandemic, companies have continued to provide remarkably high levels of service and they deserve a huge amount of credit for what they have achieved.”
