Solution Performance Group (SPG) is gearing up for growth with two senior appointments. Renowned technology advisor and investor Neil Stephenson joins as executive chair, and Steven Rogers as chief financial officer.
Neil Stephenson brings a wealth of experience to the executive team, having led the Oynx Group for over 20 years, helped companies across the UK as an angel investor, and supported dozens of high-growth companies in leading board roles.
Steven Rogers is an experienced CFO who has served as a finance director in large technology companies and the Newcastle Falcons rugby club.
Commenting on his appointment, Neil Stevenson said: "SPG brings something new to the market, and it's great to help the team accelerate their growth plans. Digital transformation is helping companies and public sector organisations operate more efficiently and deliver better service. SPG brings together all the elements of a successful project, from recruitment to project management and development. The results they're delivering set them apart from the competition, and I expect big things over the coming years."
The Newcastle and Leeds-based company is an ecosystem of digital transformation, resourcing and software subsidiaries that work across the public and private sectors to deliver optimised technology solutions, highly efficient processes and empowered, successful teams. Its clients include the emergency services, government departments and social housing organisations.
Steven Rogers said: "High growth companies come with a unique set of challenges, and I look forward to working with the team at SPG to realise the potential of the business. There is a wealth of talent in the business that is already delivering results for their clients across the UK."
SPG recently launched Harmonic, a comprehensive package combining proprietary hardware, state-of-the-art software, and machine learning technologies. The combination makes it the ideal tool for enabling actionable insights, driving cost savings, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Gareth Humphreys, Group CEO at SPG, concluded: "As we look to expand through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, it's essential that we continue to attract the best senior talent in the business to support our plans. Neil and Steven bring a huge amount of experience to the table, and we're pleased they can join our journey."
