The Sikh Channel is delighted to announce Poonam Kaur, managing director of corporate finance boutique fds, has been appointed as an Ambassador for the North of England.
Following a number of successful interviews with the Sikh Channel, Poonam has been invited to host a new series of interviews, specifically for Yorkshire-based businesses and professionals, to showcase individuals that have prospered within the Sikh community.
In addition to the business series, Poonam will also be actively continuing her promotion and contribution to the Sikh community.
The Sikh Channel is a community television station based upon the principles of the Sikh faith but includes programming for all, Sikhs and non-Sikhs alike. The central theme and objective of the channel is to unite communities with the assistance of the universal message of the Sikh faith.
Sikh Channel acts as a conduit for promoting participation and interest in the local community and greater understanding between all faiths with a strong commitment to intra-faith.
