CC33, one of the UK's leading customer service outsourcing companies, has been acquired by the iCXperience Group in a deal which will lead to a £15million investment in the company.
The new company will be known as CC33Global, the company will continue to expand its operations, with growth plans to increase turnover from £20 million to £50m and to double its workforce to over 1,000.
Established in 2012, CC33 has become a leader in outsourced contact centre services, handling over 35 million sales and customer service enquiries annually for clients in telecommunications, utilities, travel and leisure, and broadband.

iCXperience Ltd is the UK’s largest privately owned customer services outsourcing group with nine companies currently in the organisation and forecasted turnover of over £150m in the year 2024/25.
