This October marks a momentous milestone for the networx team in Otley, as they reflect on the last 20 years of great achievements and business growth, with a team of 55 and counting supporting over 450 clients nationwide. Networx have developed a stellar team, partnering with fantastic clients who are utilising their innovative recruitment technology to battle the challenges that the years have thrown, from a market crash and global recession, through to an unprecedented pandemic.
Since 2001, networx have supported clients nationwide to reduce agency recruitment costs, improve time-to-hire and increase overall operational efficiency through securing the very best talent. As recruiters at the heart of the business, the networx team know first hand the importance of having the best possible team, as without the right people businesses rarely succeed.
Today they are recognised as market leaders in providing the latest recruitment software (ATS) and an agency style recruitment service that supports over 450 companies across the UK to achieve their recruitment ambitions.
Andy Pierson, director, comments, “We are incredibly proud to be celebrating 20 years in business. Our growth and achievements stem from our brilliant team who drive creative ideas and operational action, our loyal clients who have supported us since day one and our pioneering innovation, which ensures we really can enable UK organisations to attract, engage, manage and onboard the very best talent.
This month is a time for reflection for us as a business, to celebrate how far we have come since those days working from my living room, but also excitement and anticipation, as we look forward to the months and years ahead.”
Alongside external celebrations, the networx team are further getting in the spirit and driving their energy into fundraising activities for Macmillan Cancer Support with their annual coffee morning just ahead of October and by completing a charitable walk for Sue Ryder The Manorlands Hospice. The team will receive a well-earned celebration too, at York Races for a company outing in October.
Despite a challenging 18 months for HR and talent acquisition professionals, networx remain optimistic that recruitment is on the rise and that those organisations committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, maximising internal efficiencies and improving their overall end-to-end recruitment process will continue to thrive as candidate expectations evolve and the competitive market becomes fiercer.
