Ramsdens appoint new head of IT
Ramsdens Solicitors has recently appointed Graeme Thomson to a new role within the firm, heading up the company’s internal IT department.
Graeme brings with him over 25 years’ experience within the professional services and IT industries, with specialism in law and case management software.
He joins Ramsdens having previously led and managed change and system design across multiple brands at a Manchester based firm. He also managed the end-to-end process analysis and design of a new case management system for an international law firm.
Commenting on his appointment, Graeme said: “I’m excited by the opportunity to work with such a significant and successful law firm. I’ve been welcomed with open arms by the business and I am looking forward to the challenge of guiding the IT and Training strategy alongside the needs of the whole business in a rapidly changing marketplace, to improve our service to both clients and internal users.”
