Brand consultancy, Propaganda, has announced three new major account wins, securing briefs from Keys Group, NCM Auctions and Ecobat Battery.
Building on Propaganda’s long history of working at C-suite level to deliver transformative brand strategy, two of these new appointments were made on the strength of senior board recommendations from previous clients.

Keys Group, a leading provider of specialist care, education and healthcare services, appointed Propaganda following its acquisition of ADHD360 earlier this year. Propaganda previously created a sector-defining rebrand for ADHD360, which delivers assessments, diagnosis and treatment for neurodiverse conditions including ADHD and autism. Having seen the results, Keys Group has now commissioned Propaganda to undertake its proprietary Brand Discovery™ programme to define the positioning of the Group and its wider portfolio.

Katie Drakeford, commercial director at Keys Group, commented: “The work Propaganda has already done for ADHD360, creating a standout brand in a challenging market, really resonates with us. We want the same for the wider Group, to build a strong, coherent brand strategy for our future. With their track record, Propaganda is the natural choice.”

Ecobat Battery appointed Propaganda to deliver a rapid brand transformation following its acquisition by private equity firm Endless LLP. The pan-European specialist in battery and energy storage solutions sought out Propaganda on Endless’ recommendation, following a series of successful collaborations across the investor’s portfolio. Propaganda will create a new identity and lead a six-month rapid transformation to redefine Ecobat Battery’s brand, proposition and market positioning, ensuring it is primed for accelerated growth.

Russel McBurnie, CEO of Ecobat Battery, said: “Through this new chapter of business, it’s been vital to be partnered with a trusted team we can rely on to swiftly develop the strategy we needed to hit the ground running. Propaganda couldn’t have come any more highly recommended to us and the insight and strategy they have created goes way beyond our expectations. We’re excited to see the value that we’ll unlock through this next phase and beyond.”

NCM Auctions, a Doncaster-based auction and asset management business, has also appointed Propaganda to deliver a full Brand Discovery™. A fast-growing disruptor in the auction space, NCM is looking to build on its strong market position and establish a brand that will power the business to its next stage of growth.

Emma McSkelly, managing director at NCM Auctions, said: “We’ve seen outsized success since we started out in 2012, and have made a huge impact on the industry. Now feels like the right moment to really define who we are and where we’re going next. Propaganda’s reputation for challenging assumptions and driving growth stood out to us. We’re excited to work with them to shape a brand that matches our ambition.”

Laura Kynaston, managing director at Propaganda, said: “Our work has always been about creating real commercial impact for brands. We’re proud of our track record, partnering at board-level to deliver transformative results for clients, helping them stand out, and redefine their industries. These exciting appointments show that more and more businesses are continuing to recognise the value of brand as a driver of growth.
