Ridge and Partners LLP (Ridge) has acquired Projex Building Solutions Limited, an award-winning multi-service consultancy representing many of the UK’s highest profile property developers, occupiers and funds.
The deal will strengthen the existing Ridge teams in Leeds and Birmingham whilst adding to the Ridge extensive range of expertise.
Phil Tomalin and Nick Keaney are now partners of Ridge and will support the integration of the two firms, ensuring a seamless transition for clients. The move sees 36 staff join Ridge – 23 in Leeds and 13 in Birmingham, re-branding as Ridge. The total headcount at Ridge will grow to more than 700 people across its twelve offices.
