New partnership launches to help Yorkshire businesses
Five leading Yorkshire-based technology-driven businesses have recently joined forces to create a new venture that is focused on using their knowledge and expertise to support local and national businesses that are looking to drive growth, reduce cost, increase profit and improve efficiency.
Launched on 15th July, The Digital Alliance has been developed to provide local SMEs with access to a network of digital based partners, providing a turnkey technology solution.
These services include website development, search engine optimisation (SEO), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, IT, telecoms and cyber security which will be delivered to SMEs across Yorkshire, as well as nationally.
The impact of Covid-19 has affected businesses in many ways, and SMEs now require reliable and cost-efficient technology more than ever. Having a network of trusted partners who can work collectively to provide solutions to problems and ensure technology is fully integrated, is critical to future success. The Digital Alliance aims to address this need and support businesses during this challenging time.
Over the next few months, The Digital Alliance will be running a series of free webinars for SME owners or anyone interested in attending. These webinars will provide insights into using technology to enhance services, reduce cost, digitising a business and how to bounce back from the impact of Covid-19.
When asked what the partners hope to achieve with The Digital Alliance, Jonathan Scott, Sales Director of Northern Media, said, “We are really pleased to announce the launch of The Digital Alliance, particularly during these testing economic times. We want every SME in Yorkshire to bounce back from the challenges presented by COVID-19, and partner support is critical to that recovery process. We hope that The Digital Alliance can play a key role in giving SMEs immediate access to a network of trusted partners, who are actively collaborating and working together to drive digital change. We will be running a series of free webinars, workshops and panel events with expert presenters over the coming months, the first of which will be during Leeds Digital Festival, in September/October 2020.”
