Developer and Asset Manager, MEPC, has announced The Whitehall Clinic as the latest occupier to join the Wellington Place community.
Opening its doors to new patients, The Whitehall Clinic is a brand-new private medical practice for the city centre, taking 1,059 sq. ft. of prime retail space on the ground floor of 5 Wellington Place. Conveniently located on Whitehall Road and just a five-minute walk from Leeds train station, the clinic will be open 7 days a week, 8am – 8pm and is the first of its kind in the Leeds business district.
Complementing the current programme of health and wellbeing at Wellington Place, The Whitehall Clinic will bring high-quality and individualized care across an extensive array of specialisms and services, including same-day GP appointments, corporate health packages, dermatology, health screening, medical weight management and mental well-being.

Meanwhile, work continues across the development, with work is now underway on 11 & 12 Wellington Place. Once complete the buildings will offer 245,000 sq. ft. of Grade A BREEAM excellent office, retail and leisure space. Construction also continues on 4 Wellington Place, due for completion in October. The building, which will offer 156,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space, has already been pre-let by the Stars Group, with only 22,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space remaining.
