Automotive technology specialist Mad Devs has doubled the size of its UK-based support team to ensure it continues to deliver industry-leading service as more dealers join its Connect platform.
The move will create eight new jobs and follows strong growth in the company’s dealer network and increasing adoption of its integrated software suite, which includes iStoreDOCS, iConvert, and iTrackLEADS.
Leeds-headquartered Mad Devs support operation provides dealers with a 24-hour response service, Monday to Friday, covering everything from technical assistance to system optimisation. The expanded team will help the company maintain its reputation for fast, knowledgeable, and personal support as more retailers migrate to digital workflows.
