Leeds tech consultancy reports landmark year of growth
Leeds-based tech innovation consultancy Parallax is reporting its strongest performing year to date, securing 25 new clients, expanding into new markets, and forecasting its biggest ever financial year heading into 2026.
A major driver of this performance has been Parallax’s growing international footprint. One third of the company’s total revenue has been generated from international clients this year, including two of Norway’s first unicorn companies - one of which is the industrial software leader Cognite.
This year has marked a strategic expansion into several high-growth sectors, with Parallax entering new markets including fintech and investment, environmental tech, gaming, and industrial AI.
As a whole, AI-based projects have accounted for 36% of Parallax’s total revenue in 2025, reflecting growing client appetite and the firm’s reputation for delivering impactful AI applications - including one project which processes over four billion rows of data.
In the last week alone, Parallax has hired four new starters to help meet client demand, and is actively recruiting for additional roles.
Dario Grandich, co-founder at comments: “This has been a defining year for Parallax. Organisations everywhere are searching for faster, smarter and more cost-efficient ways to innovate and that plays directly to our strengths. While many consultancies take months to reach a working prototype, we can demonstrate meaningful progress in a single day.”
“We’ve delivered an exceptional range of projects this year from software powering a smart ‘grow-your-own-salad’ farm, to applying AI for predictive insights in environmental management and sports trading. We head into 2026 in our strongest position yet, with a substantial pipeline already secured.”
“We are now hiring across multiple roles to build on this momentum. If you’re a software engineer, designer or technologist who wants to be part of something genuinely exciting, we’d love to hear from you.”
Parallax’s growth this year has been matched by industry recognition, having recently been named Webflow Agency of the Year and winning the Lloyds Banking Group hackathon as part of Leeds Digital Festival.
