Keepmoat Homes has appointed Leeds creative agency, OnFire, to brand and produce a full range of marketing literature for more than 40 developments across 16 regions of the UK.

As part of the work, OnFire, which has a strong track record in the property and development sector, is creating brand identities, development brochures, site hoardings, signage and homebuyer manuals, across new homes developments spanning a vast geographical area, from Aberdeen in the north to Somerset in the south.

The work also includes branding the Doncaster based home builder’s marketing suites and providing ongoing marketing support as the developments progress.

Karl Lakin, director at OnFire said: “In recent years OnFire has carved out a strong reputation in the property world for developing highly compelling identities and branding for all types of residential and commercial projects throughout the UK.

“Keepmoat is one of the country’s most respected housebuilders, building more than 4,000 homes every year, so this is a significant win for us and speaks volumes about the standard and quality of our work that will now be showcased on a national level.”

Mel Crooks, group marketing manager at Keepmoat, added: “Creating a new home development is about much more than simply building houses. Establishing a brand with a personality and narrative that people can engage with, and want to feel a part of, is vitally important. We have worked with On Fire Agency on a multitude of projects and have always been very impressed with the team’s ability to understand and create captivating concepts and creative design work, without deviating away from our corporate style guide.

“As a result, when we decided to work with a principal creative agency across a large swathe of the UK, OnFire’s enthusiasm and ideas really shone through and we immediately knew they were the ideal partner for us.”
