Today the commercial security firms Oracle Vision and Oracle Fire relocated into larger premises in the first step of its ambitious growth plans.
Oracle Vision, and Oracle Fire which provides security, fire detection and data services to large, complex organisations across Yorkshire and the North West, intends to fill the space through internal growth and acquisition this year.
The organisation remains at the Nostell Estate, who have accommodated the move within the business park. They move from the Gillows, to the Athelward Suite, Grade 1 listed building. The space will allow the firm to bring the two sides of their business – Oracle Fire and Oracle Security and Data alongside one another.
Chris Lakin, co-founder of Oracle Vision remarks: “This is the beginning of a really exciting year for the team and we’re thrilled to kick start things in a new, bigger space. It’ll fill up fast as we hire new sales representatives, and undertake an acquisition by the end of the year.”
For Oracle Vision and Oracle Fire, the expansion is the latest development in their 17-year history, which has seen them grow to offer CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, fire detection and wireless solutions. Their plans will also see the firm upgrade their operational software and launch enhanced features to their services. The increased space is particularly suited to the introduction of new services when Oracle Vision makes an acquisition later in 2021.
The Athelward Suite, converted from agricultural buildings in the 1990s, offers grade A listed office space for both businesses to expand comfortably despite the restrictions of the COVID 19 requirements keeping everyone as safe as possible.
Peter Molyneux, Estate Director at the Nostell Estate adds: “We are delighted that Oracle Vision are able to continue their remarkable success and grow within our business community here at the Nostell Estate.”
