Leading laundry and household cleaning products manufacturer Star Brands has doubled its office space at Thorpe Park business park, near Leeds.
The flourishing company is expanding into 4,295 sq ft of quality office space at 3125 Century Way in the heart of West Yorkshire’s premier office, retail and leisure park.
Star Brands is relocating from nearby 1175 Century Way. This letting comes hard on the heels of Renew Holdings taking 7,427 sq ft at 3125 Century Way on a 10-year lease.
3125 Century Way has recently undergone a £750,000 refurbishment of its reception, office space and end-of-journey facilities.

Knight Frank’s Building Consultancy team, led by James Green, successfully project-managed the hi-spec transformation of the facilities at 3125 Century Way. The project also included the creation of modern shower amenities, significantly enhancing the overall tenant experience and aligning the building with a modern workplace.
Elizabeth explained: “Only the ground floor, which can be split, remains available to lease, with flexible lettings from 4,000-7,340 sq ft. In the wake of this letting, rents will now be £25.50 per sq ft.”
