KBL Advisory joins the thriving business community at Carrwood Park

WorkWell has welcomed new arrivals to Carrwood Park in East Leeds, as demand for high-quality, flexible office space in Leeds continues to rise.

Restructuring specialist KBL Advisory has taken space at the fast-growing business hub, attracted by its modern facilities, collaborative environment, and strong transport links. It is joined by staffing consultancy PSR Solutions.

KBL Advisory, which provides specialist advice on insolvency and restructuring, is also expanding in the region. Director Steve Kenny commented: “Brookfield Court gives us a welcoming, professional setting to meet with clients and collaborate as a team. It’s clear that the space has been designed with both productivity and wellbeing in mind, which is a big plus for any advisory firm.”

The announcement builds on a period of strong growth for WorkWell’s East Leeds sites, which include Carrwood Park and neighbouring Brookfield Court. The group’s workspaces are designed to support hybrid working and promote staff wellbeing, with features such as breakout areas, high-spec meeting rooms, and seamless tech integration.

WorkWell’s East Leeds portfolio continues to attract a diverse range of professional services firms. The company has also recently launched Copthall Bridge in Harrogate, part of a broader expansion strategy across the North of England.

The company recently launched its latest office development at Copthall Bridge in Harrogate. The £10.5 million redevelopment transformed one of the town's most prominent office buildings, which had stood vacant for over six years. The newly refurbished office space includes flexible work areas, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, soundproofed booths, and wellness facilities.

Oliver Corrigan, managing director of WorkWell, concluded: “Our aim has always been to provide a workspace that makes life easier for growing businesses; somewhere they can attract talent, collaborate, and do their best work. These two firms are a great addition to the WorkWell community.”
