Bellway Homes recently opened up its Palmers Grange development in Brough to give potential homebuyers and interested locals a builder’s eye view of the construction process.
Various families and individuals from around the area leapt at the opportunity of the Dusty Boots invitation and were treated to a site visit during which they were able to view everything from homes under construction to finished show homes and talk to construction workers, the site manager and the sales team.
Emma Fitton-Cook, Yorkshire’s sales manager, said: “The main thing that was apparent to me was how family orientated the site visit was, which falls perfectly into the homes we build at Bellway. The excitement on the children’s faces when they got to wear their high vis jackets and hard hats was brilliant, and really highlights one of the reasons we run these events. They had the chance to see our construction team laying bricks on some of the homes, and one child even wanted to have a go themselves!”
“The visitors were also thrilled to be able to see inside the various show homes on the development. There was particular interest in the very popular Philosopher home which is a four bedroom, stylish family home.”
