Housebuilder Avant Homes West Yorkshire has launched the first family homes for sale at its £33m, 124-home Odette’s Point development in Keighley.
Located on Shann Lane close to Keighley town centre, the development comprises a mix of three and four-bedroom family homes and features seven of Avant Homes’ housetypes.
All properties at Odette’s Point include an open-plan living space, designer kitchen with integrated appliances and boutique bathrooms complete with designer tiling and contemporary sanitaryware.
