Home furnishings firm unveils refreshing look

A Yorkshire manufacturing company, specialising in high quality bespoke blinds, has launched a modern and engaging website to underline its bold new identity.

Huddersfield firm Excel enlisted the expertise of creative digital marketing agency The Bigger Boat to give its online personality a new lick of paint, manage its social media channels, analyse commercially driven data and help design an online lead generation strategy.

The home furnishings supplier required a more fitting but contemporary feel for its online presence, with the aim of the digital refresh to drum up new business opportunities with stronger calls to action and improvements to its Google ranking.

The official website launch marks the completion of the collaborative duo’s four-month project.

Andy McCaul, director at The Bigger Boat, and account manager Ruby Ribbons led on the project alongside in-house web design, SEO and copywriting specialists who teamed up to finalise the Mirfield team’s impressive overhaul.
