Harron Homes reveals web transformation

Following a 75% rise in web traffic and a series of website updates to simplify the house shopping process from home, Harron Homes has introduced a new website with a sleek, modern design.

Natalie Griffiths, sales and marketing director North Midlands explains what’s new. “The housing market isn’t slowing down, in fact Zoopla has reported a 137% rise in sales since the market reopened in the middle of May. At Harron, we’re determined to offer the best experience possible to our customers, and it’s evident an increasing amount of the customer journey takes place online.

“We’re proud to share a stunning new website, which allows customers to find all the information they need with ease.

“The new layout presents this information without being overwhelming, while the webchat function makes communicating any questions you do have as simple as possible.

“It’s made clear which house styles and plots are still available at each development, with virtual tours to give a full picture of what’s on offer.”

Things aren’t just evolving for the company online.

Natalie continues, “While location has always been an important factor in where we build our homes, we’re now making it a top priority to establish a community among Harron residents. Despite claims that we’re becoming more isolated as a society, throughout the Coronavirus outbreak, it’s been evident how much community matters.

“We’ve seen some heartwarming examples of neighbours coming together on Harron developments and want to continue fostering that kind of environment through the layout and designs of our homes and developments.

“As part of our ongoing commitment to local areas, we’re working with and increasing donations to organisations making a difference in those areas, and consciously supporting small local businesses.

“Anyone who’s purchased a house is well aware of how stressful the process can be. At Harron, our customers are our priority and we’re doing all we can to make what should be an exciting journey as smooth as possible.”
