Fusion was founded in 2003 by managing director, Jamie Watson, with the vision of creating bespoke IT and software solutions to drive businesses forward — helping to improve reliability, increase profitability and transform productivity for its clients.
Fusion serves a wide spectrum of clients, although it specialises in the legal field. Using a customer-centric strategy, the organisation collaborates directly with its clients to comprehend their business needs, offering strategic advice, putting in place reliable and adaptable solutions, and guaranteeing smooth operations and support.
Expedite Law, a subsidiary firm and software development arm that began trading in 2022, supports this demonstrated knowledge. The extended team is renowned for providing development and products within the MatterSphere and Peppermint case management systems in order to optimise processes, deliver cost savings, and create overall efficiencies. The extended team offers collaborative case management solutions to a network of global clients.
