Trinity Kitchen is welcoming five new street food vendors to its line-up – Lets Go Street Food, Dim Sum Su, El Kouzina, Little Red Food Truck and Tikk’s Thai Kitchen.
Many of the names are back due to popular demand, bringing their comforting, mouth-watering and unique dishes back for the next nine weeks, ensuring shoppers feel cosy throughout the colder months.
Let’s Go Street Food is serving the highest quality sizzling Longhorn steak sandwiches. Twinned with delicious toppings as such chipotle, chorizo, blue cheese, bacon and brie, guests will be able to indulge in a mighty meaty feast.
Offering traditional street food from Hong Kong, Dim Sum Su specialises in steamed buns, handmade dumplings, crispy wontons and pork belly bao, with particular care going into their vegan dishes, including the banana blossom bao. Bite-sized and incredibly moreish, this award-winning vendor is the place to go for all your dim sum needs.
El Kouzina is serving its French Algerian cuisine with an Ottoman influence. The hearty dishes are centred around toasted khoubz bread filled with your choice of slow cooked lamb fillet or saffron corn-fed chicken, served with fattoush salad and gravy.
Award-winning Tikk’s Thai Kitchen is showcasing Southern Thai street food at its best. The Yorkshire-based vendor is featuring its famous dishes including crispy prawns, chicken satay skewers and beef massaman curry, with a crisp Singha beer to wash it down.
Meanwhile, Little Red Food Truck will be dishing up mouth-watering burgers, using quality farm assured meat served in a handmade steamed brioche bun, alongside a selection of toppings.
