AIMAI has secured a five-year lease for an 800 sq ft office on the 4th floor at The Globe Innovation Centre where a number of technology focused, fast-growing SMEs operate.
AIMAI was established in 2023 to help businesses transform by leveraging AI to automate processes and upskill teams, supporting efficiency and growth. Over two years it has expanded its proposition and team with an impressive client base delivering several high-impact workflows projected to save over 100 working days a year.

AIMAI is also working with Paveley HR to develop an AI-powered policy creator and a policy reviewer/updater workflow—streamlining how key HR documents are produced, reviewed, and maintained
Jonathan Nichols, director at AIMAI, said, “We are delighted to secure new offices at The Globe which is the perfect environment for AIMAI. The innovative, collaborative atmosphere is supporting our mission to bring AI to local SMEs and its central location and connections with other forward-thinking businesses have been invaluable to our development. These relationships are not only helping us to develop the business but are also playing a key role in expanding our customer base and driving growth.
“Through our AI Workflow Sprints and AI Skills Builder programme, we enable businesses to implement AI using practical, cost-effective off-the-shelf software — helping them adapt to the evolving demands of the market and unlock new opportunities.”
AIMAI is already delivering seminars for local SMEs at The Globe and surrounding area. The interactive events are designed to introduce the basics of AI, the tools available, and how it can be effective in business practice. More advanced practical sessions are also available.
