The company, which formerly consisted of Wainhouse Properties and Woodhall Mortgages, has undergone a full rebrand and renovated a former barber’s shop into its first office on Sowerby Bridge high street in Calderdale.
Chris Flanagan, co-founder, explained: “The launch of Chapters onto the high street is the result of months of planning. We see a real opportunity for growth across Calderdale and the wider area and positioning the business front and centre on the high street in Sowerby Bridge is the first of many ambitious plans we have for 2025 and beyond.”
In addition to estate agency and mortgage consultancy, the business also provides conveyancing, life insurance, financial planning and will writing services.
Luke Flanagan, co-founder, said: “Bringing together all these services under one roof with a team that has expertise in each of these areas means we can truly provide clients with a full-service that helps them buy, sell and protect their home through every chapter of their lives.”
Also joining the Chapters team is financial advisor, Joanne Flanagan, estate agent, Beckie Parkinson, mortgage advisor, Jamie Hollingworth, protection advisor, Lorraine Trouve, and will writer, Lee Major.
Joanne Flanagan added: “We are a family-run business that really cares about the outcomes we get for our clients and how we can best support them. Having worked with lots of clients in and around Sowerby Bridge and the wider Calderdale area prior to launching Chapters and being actively involved in the community - with some of the team living here – we couldn’t think of a more suitable place to launch onto the high street as we chase our ambitious growth plans.”
