DB3 Group mark 1 year in Leeds by partnering with UKREiiF
DB3 Group is proud to announce their partnership of the inaugural UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) event, which is taking place in Leeds on Tuesday 17th May until Thursday 19th May.
UKREiiF is the first of its kind and offers UK Local Authorities and their development partners the opportunity to showcase their projects, plans and ambitions for the future to investors, stakeholders and prospective supply chains. DB3 has three delegates attending the programme: Nathan McNamara, Tom Hill and Charlotte Scaife.
The announcement coincides with the one-year anniversary of DB3 Group relocating their headquarters to the centre of Leeds. It has been a great move for the business, who have recruited 21 new staff within the Leeds studio, contributing to their re-entry to the AJ100, and winning some great projects in the area and UK wide.
Nathan McNamara, managing director of DB3 Group commented: “Having returned from MIPIM in March we are thrilled that UKREiiF are building on its momentum and chose Leeds as their location for the three-day programme. As part of the UKREiiF Fringe Programme, DB3 will be welcoming guests to our two social events, which take place on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th evenings on our studio’s rooftop balcony.”
DB3 Group consists of DB3 Architecture & Design, DB3 Building Services Engineering, DB3 Professional Services and Formation 3D who all deliver business-to-business services, as well as Home & Maker who provide RIBA Chartered online architecture for homeowners.
Since the move to Leeds, DB3 Group has founded specialist drone & 3D services firm - Formation 3D (F3D) - who are providing UKREiiF with all aerial visual services during the event. “We are delighted to have been chosen as the official drone partner and look forward to capturing the buzz of the event at the Royal Armouries and Leeds Dock, from the air and ground.” said Ross Hamilton, F3D co-founder and operations manager.
UKREiiF will promote some key themes in line with the industry’s hot topics: the UK’s Net Zero Target, Social Value and Inclusive Growth, The Future of Real Estate, Building Better Communities and a focus on inward investment. The event is expected to attract over 5,000 attendees to Leeds, including over 200 Local Authorities, over 500 investors and over 300 developers.
