Enterprise House, a brand-new office at the thriving Malton Enterprise Park in North Yorkshire, has been completed.
Harrison Developments LLP, the owners and developers of the park, strategically located next to the A64, have now moved into state-of-the-offices in Enterprise House themselves.
Sean Harrison, the managing director of Harrison Developments, explained: “We are tremendously proud of our new Enterprise House offices, and we are delighted to have moved in. The development, which is in the heart of our park, is very hi-spec and there is nothing like it in the Malton and surrounding area.
“The building’s design is complemented by fully fitted, air-conditioned offices, electric charging points, full DDA access and ample car parking.”
Over 3,000 sq ft of office space has already been taken, with further co-working and hot-desking space still available.
Sean explained: “The office space is fully inclusive with only one monthly fee, which includes furniture, electricity, heating and cooling, with EV charging points and free tea and coffee facilities.”
The Malton Enterprise Park extends on successful developments, creating hundreds of new and sustainable jobs.
One tenant, Samantha Morshed of Pebblechild, said: “We are absolutely thrilled with our superb premises at the Malton Enterprise Park. The mezzanine layout is perfect, allowing us to have a storeroom, a packing room and an office, and the location for distributing our products is ideal. What’s more, Sean and Sue are the most perfect landlords – nothing is too much trouble for them.”
In addition, a number of other bespoke units on the 200,000 sq ft site, ranging from 2,000 sq ft upwards, have been sold or leased to private occupiers.
In all, occupiers from a wide range of business sectors have taken a combined total of over 100,000 sq ft at Malton’s premier employment park.
The Malton Enterprise Park Team have very positive plans for the future.
“We have a further 60.000sq ft of quality employment land at the park, available on a design and build basis. We will build speculatively and will either sell or lease the new units.
“These units will be single or two-storey commercial buildings which will be designed with maximum flexibility to allow a range of uses, including light industrial, offices, general industrial and retail, trade and warehousing. Sizes range from 1,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.”
The site’s success is due to the excellent occupiers, which include large and small businesses, both of which are equally important to the business park.
Sean added: “It is also important to pay tribute to our long-standing contractors and sub-contractors and our workforce, who have all played a key part in the site’s success.”
